It´s not easy at all to find in Europe top of the top Japanese cuisine in contrast to the low cost "all you can eat" and and cheap "Running Sushi" philosophy. The high quality Brunch at the Unkai Restaurant in the Grand Hotel Vienna next to the Opera on Saturdays and Sundays is Japanese Cooking at the State of the Art. Just take a look at the pics below - and you understand what I mean ;-) And please don´t miss to order one bottle of the very wells selected Sakes with your dish, you will love it!
